Our equipment, the GE Millinnium with Entegra processing, allows us to see the blood supply to the cardiac muscles and detect heart disease before it becomes a major concern. Our team of board certified cardiologists along with highly skilled nuclear technologists and exercise physiologists will provide you with the utmost care.

Nuclear Cardiac Imaging is a 3-4 hour procedure. During this period of time, the you will be able to relax in our office, catching up on reading, office work, knitting, etc. This procedure is virtually painless. It is time consuming because the nature of the test allows that the material used must circulate through the body so that the heart can be imaged. There are no known allergic reactions to the test and unless a significant cardiac problem is found, you will be able to resume your day as you normally would.
